Folks, be prepared to endure some down right drafty apartment deals at this address. You will enjoy lots of big windows but this amenity costs you on your electric bill. My downstairs living area will drop to 53 degrees when outside it?s at freezing. BRRR. I?ve paid NES dearly. Also to enjoy are ridiculous speed bumps, and one entrance into the complex--??a long sorted journey over back wrenching speed bumps that try your patience and your vehicle. And some tenants, I tell ya.
One guy looks like the Marlboro Man walking around. He should just be the man instead of trying to fool the rest of us men.
