The unit I moved in had fleas that attacked my body. The Crossings knew that they had a flea problem before I moved in, but failed to inform me that there was even a problem with fleas. The promised me a washer and dryer in the unit that I would be living in and when I moved in not only was there no washer and dryer but there wasn't even a connection! The informed me that there wouldn't be an apartment available with a connection until 4 months later! The staff was incompetent and non empathetic!
