When I said snakes, I meant the management staff. They are horrible. They treat you like your a worthless peice of sh** and that THEY are doing you a favor by giving you a place to live. They will sweet talk you and get you to apply, and once you agree to it, they change the apartment you agreed on, the dates you agreed on, tell you that if you apply, you'll only have to pay this much, but when you do apply, they add on all of these other fees, and the next thing you know, you paid all of this money for a poorly insulated, shoe box, with a kitchen that only has one sink! Their MODEL looks the nicest out of their entire property! Don't be fooled with what you see. Their apartments are not that well kept up on the inside. Since I've been here, there have been 3 car break-ins and vandalism at the back of the complex. The floor in my apartment is slanted. My bed is leaning to the right. DO NOT RENT WITHOUT SEEING YOUR APARTMENT FIRST! The management is so terrible. They can't get their stuff right. They can't even tell me one story without changing it 5 minutes later. Shawnda, the manager, looks like a saddistic, chainsmoking pothead everyday. Everytime she tries to be nice, you can tell it's fake. The other two look like a couple of white trash who acts like they are smarter than everyone else, when in fact they are pretty f***king stupid. You can bet that I will not renew my lease.
