questions regarding lease agreement

To whom it may Concern:
My name is Nicole Miller and I live in Apt 1508. I spoke with Monica yesterday regarding options for getting out of a lease. She explained to me that you guys do not allow sub-letting and she gave me the termination policy that you have. I have just one other question. A friend of mine of lived in Lakes of Bellevue said that her complex allowed her to find a renter to go in to her apartment and then they added them to the lease. She said they filled out an application and the complex did everything according to procedure.
