hate it here, can't wait to move. apartments are too small for the ungodly amount of movey they ask, plus all of the hidden fees like water, and trash!

"Hidden fees" like utilities not covered in rent are listed on your "Welcome letter" which is received at the time application is submitted as well as the first page of lease agreement. Not listed under "hidden fees" but rather "Utilities Resident Responsible for".
Hope this clears any confusion regarding "hidden fees" which there arent any of. Have a nice day!
