Invisible fees

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Be aware of paying Sawing fee $15 per month ( but only done once a week lousily) and all kind of service charges (I was wondering the name of these invisible charge even exsited)...part of residents remodeled their cars and playing strong beat music during the night which is disturbing and uncomfortable in this quite place...
