This is my first time living in Nashville, and my first apartment, and I'm satisfied with this apartment complex.
Good: the maintenance staff is very quick to respond to problems, usually, and they are very nice. The office staff is nice and fairly helpful. The grounds are nice. I feel very safe when I walk my dog late at night. It's away from the major roads so there's not a lot of noise from that, yet it's close enough to all the things of Bellevue (stores, restaurants, etc.).

Bad: need a dogpark, or at least more trashcans around, but I've heard a rumor they might be getting a dogpark soon -- guess we'll see. Parking in my area isn't always the best - sometimes I have to walk a short ways instead of parking in front of my apartment; there's no assigned parking. In my area, sometimes there's loud car music at night. You can hear everything that's going on outside if you're in the front of the building like I am. The 'hardwood floors' are laminent, as someone else pointed out.

I have had one problem with ants, but maintenance took care of that. I've seen some silverfish, but it's not uncontrollable by any means. Also, there tend to be spiders outside (obviously), but I like that because they keep the moths and other insects away. (I'm also on the top floor and away from trees, so that could be why no big bug problems.) The rent is high, possibly even a little high for the area.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my apartment and the complex, and look forward to finishing my last year of grad school here.
