Crossings of Bellevue

Worst value in Nashville area From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I could write a book about what is wrong with this complex. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy; black hair in the tub and the carpet was (is) stained. Although this was brought to the attention of the staff, nothing was done. Several times our rent was charged additional fees in error. The apartments, although advertised as having hardwood floors actually have a wood patterned vinyl. Nothing much seems to have been updated since the 80's. The noise level here is unbelievable; cars scream through with music pounding; neighbors iarty in the parking areas. Recently we have seen police here obviously trying to apprehend a suspect living in a nearby apartment. Since the rent is excessively high supposedly due to the Bellevue address, this makes Crossings of Bellevue the worst value in town, in my opionion. Save yourself and stay away from these liars.
