Crossings of Bellevue
< | >
I haven't had any complaints about this apartment.
I haven't experienced any loud cars as other residents have, but that may be because my apartment is facing away from the parking lot. There is a firestation down the street so I still cannot sleep with the windows open. I have had less interapartment noise than in other apartments I've had in Bellevue. I can hear that I have neighbors, but I can't hear them walking around or flushing.
I think its kind of funny to hear people whining about their wood floors. I'm not really sure why anyone thought that they'd be getting solid hardwood floors in an apartment. The floors are wood. They are laminant hardwood, which is NOT the same thing as vinyl. They are not more easily damaged than hardwood, but like hardwood you can scratch them.
I have had no hidden fees.
My parking is easily available, maybe because I have an end unit or just got lucky.
I feel safer at this apartment than I have at others because there is no through traffic. When I come outside I don't see random people wandering through. However, I don't walk around at night, so I don't know how it looks on foot. I think they could have some more street lights though because they have alot of trees.
I have new appliances and the apartment has been updated. My energy bill is lower than other similar sized apartments I've had. My windows and doors are much less drafty.
The apartment does a monthly maintanance and they have always fixed things right the first time. At other apartments I've had to ask more than once for the same thing because maintanance "quick-fixed" things instead of doing it right the first time.
Staff is alright. They get the job done, but they are about as warm as the abomidable snowman.
Overall, the price is high compared for the sqare footage and storage space compared to other Bellevue apartments. However, the amenities are some of the best in the Bellevue area. This has probably been one of the most painless apartment living experiences of my life.

In some apartments, the floors are vinyl with a dark woodgrain pattern. Newly renovated apartments have lighter colored laminate flooring. This complex does advertise "hardwood flooring." If it's an issue for you, make sure you find out what renovations were made to the specific unit you will be potentially renting.
