I just moved into the crossings, and so far my experience has been good. A new management team has recently taken over and they seem pretty competent and helpful. They made the whole experience very easy and even offer a discount to vanderbilt employees. They are also currently redoing the roofs and are supposedly replacing most of the kitchen appliances that are outdated. I had a problem with my toilet and maintenance fixed it within 2 hours. I live in the back, so I haven't had any problems with parking or excessive noise.
