My husband and I recently moved from Post Ridge Apartments (a pure living hell) to Crossings of Bellevue. We absolutely love our new community! There is a brand new company managing Crossings and they are wonderful. Susan the property manager has been very easy to work with. She has really made the application process smooth and made us both feel like she was trying to accomodate us in our new home. We are paying a little more than we wanted to for a two bedroom, but overall, it was the best decision. They have every amenity you can think of so we are actually saving $40 a month by canceling our gym membership since Crossings offers a gym, cardio room and a personal trainer. The other two younger blonde girls in the office are very nice to us when we have come in and needed to put a service request in. They immediately respond and the maintenance staff is well dressed, clean cut and professional which is more than I can say for our previous residence at Post Ridge. Our apartment is completely renovated and we have the same extras that a lot of home builders were charging when we were house hunting. We have stainless steel appliances, short shag carpet, and hardwood floors, oh and granite countertops. It's really pretty. If you have a chance to come look at this community, you will not be disappointed. It's worth the little bit of extra money each month.

upgrades are not in all apartments. ours are carpets are stained and complex smells like wet pet b/c no one picks up poo. i agree friend of management.

you can sooo tell this is the NEW leasing person in the office, which we hate and let me just say that a good word for her.
