this apartment experince has confirmed why it is better to live for a private owner. noisy neighbors especially the elephants they moved in upstairs. numerous complaints yet no action against them. all of the hidden fees they hit you up with when you move out. The people up front only care about selling you the apartment and don't tell you about all the redneck drunks who hang out on the tennis courts at night. Please look for a house to rent do not give these people money to live in this -------- they call apartment. They treat well behaved tenants who pay on time like ----. look elsewhere these people are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

agreed. only care about people prior to moving in. fake hardwood floors allow you to hear everything above...even hear upstairs neighbor peeing! ugh.

People drive through the parking lots blasting their music like they're trying to break my windows. At night, a bunch like to park in the parking lot and act like they're in a night club. - Some of us actually LIVE here. We eat, we read, we sleep. Why do we have to live with a bunch of ya-hoos, without the decency to respect neighbors? Management should step in, but they don't. They really don't care who lives here, long as they pay some rent.

Once again let me remind those people who chose, not forced, to live in an apartment complex that is few minutes away from a great city and with lots of things to do, including work, that you have to concede a few things. The absolute quiet and doldrums of small-town living are examples. If having neighbors that make the normal sounds of living (i.e. walking, enjoying time with friends, music, and of course urinating) well then take the big step, buy your own house, and shut the f@%k up.
