The staff seem to like to give you the run around. We were promised a washer and dryer in our unit as a contingent to us signing my lease. They promised they would for an additional $50 a month on top of our bill and 8 months later we are still using the public laundry facility. Because the person whom we signed our lease with left the Crossing (the 3rd person we talked over leases with) our washer dryer deal never came through because they "didn't have a record of it" and what we discussed with one leaser no longer applied. We agree with previous reviewers, that they tend to "not have" an awful lot of paper work but yet they are always entering things into the computer.

The walls and floors are so thin that you can hear their conversations. The only good thing about that was that you didn't need to turn on the heat very much during cold months as the neighbors below us would keep theirs running at a temp that heated our place.

The grounds are littered with neighbors who do not pick up after their dogs, even though they provide dog poop bags, so if you decide to come here watch your step.

We were also promised updated appliances, cabinets, and counters when we were discussing our lease as well. These things too never happened nor never will as long as we are renting the apartment. They are only dong it when the space is for lease.

What happened to Rebecca? She was incompetent, but at least she was not rude, nor indignant, like Shauna, and the crew she has in there with her right now.
