I absolutely LOVE this place. I moved here in fall of 2004 and, to be honest, they will have to take me out in a pine box to get me out of here! First of all, Patty, the Manager is totally awesome! I've come to think of her as a friend. She does a great job keeping the property in tip-top shape. Maintenance issues are always taken care of in a timely manner. Especially if it is an emergency and response time is in a FLASH! The grounds are kept beautiful by Paul with lots of beautiful flowers. Parking is great I never have to park far from my apartment. The neighbors are very friendly and courteous. The staff takes safety seriously. There is a security officer on call 24-7. Anyone who doesn't adhere to the rules, doesn't last here, which is fine by us who do. The swimming pool is fantastic and a great relief in the summer heat. It is so awesome to relax and watch the river go by. It's truly a retreat from the city. I'm so glad that I moved here!

I agree with Anonymous. Either Patty is the most amazing staff person ever or she really really likes to write about herself!
