if you'd like to spend a lot of money to live in a place that was built in the seventies (and poorly i might add) check out cumberland retreat. i know of atleast two drug dealers living across from the playground.
yes cumberland retreat is family friendly. disfunctional family.
if you enjoy copious amounts of drug traffic and poor maintenance. than "scum-berland retreat" is for you.
seriously there are spots on my balcony that i can't go near for fear of crashing through. not to mention the cockroaches. being close to the water has it's drawbacks. i saw a roach as big as my thumb the other day.
do what you want but don't say i didn't warn you.

how do you know there are drug dealers? were you looking for a supplier? as for maintenance, did you ever report the problems you had or were you worried about letting anyone in your place?
