I wanted to do a polite review but this is the worst place to live in the world unless you prefer people having sexual intercourse on the ground in front of you, stolen cars, and the hallways smelling extremely strange, sort of like dead carcasses. The staff is horrible and non-helpful. They seem they only care about getting a paycheck at the end of the week, especially the older woman. She is not a pleasant person and her daughter is even worse. So please, PLEASE don't move here. You will moving right back out less than a month later.
However I can't be all negative, there is a very multicultural vibe to the community ranging from North Africa, to East Africa to the Middle East to South of the border.
