Horribly run and arrogant

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Lived there for less than a year leaving early secondary to noise difficulties. Was promised deposit back because of problems then refused it because we were a few days off 60day notice. Promised months prior none of that would be a problem because of our unhapiness. It is run by arrogant individuals, latest property manger Fay, who have very little concern for clients because of their locale.
