Nice place, but crappy management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
1 BR in old part was nice and cozy, quiet, nice large apt, but plumbing is sometimes a problem. Parking can be a problem if you get a bad spot like me. Grounds are generally well kept, but sometimes litter abounds around the mailboxes. My apt leaks, but not badly and they can't seem to fix it.
When Post managed this property, I would have said it was the best I have ever lived in, but the current management is very arrogant and unresponsive to tenant concerns. I am looking to move just for that reason and I expect that they will try to rip me on rent since I made a sweet deal with Post which they were bound to honor.
