The apartment complex looks great and on paper sounds good. However beneath all this the staff are surly, the quality of the apartment leaves something to be desired. Collecting packages is a challenge as is the free dvd rental. I never managed to use the pool due to all the rules, I continually had noise problems with the neighbours and all this for over $1000 per month - considerably more than other "lesser" apartments.

Not to mention the arsonist!

The arsonist...I think we will ALL remember that one! Did the apartment complex do anything about the damage to anyone's car?? NO!
