Fine and Comfortable Location For Me During a 4 Year Residency From: Jmichscott@aol.com Date posted: 5/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   I am entering a very positive update review for this fine property, at a point in time after residing here for 4 years and 4 months. It's been a very good fit for me. The location of the property is excellent, with shopping and restaurants near several college campuses, an excellent supermarket a short one-block walk away, and near several concert and cinema venues. This property is exceptionally clean, very well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, and safe. I have great difficulty understanding the vicious comments that several "reviews" on this site [which I note are "anonymous"] depict regarding what they claim is a picture of dread, confusion, and strain with the staff and supervisors at this property. I'm beginning to think that virtually all of these "anonymous" reviews are being created by one dysfunctional person! I note that I am one of the few who submitted a previous review (5-30-2004) with a legitimate Email address and identity appended to it. The staff at this property have, in my 4 year residence here, been uniformly friendly, very professional, well-informed, careful, and caring. Really quality persons. Staffing changes are rare. The maintenance staff are miracle workers! And very, very friendly.....Friends visiting here have always remarked about how beautiful the overall setting is. I hope that potential residents will consider my comments as a reasoned, affectionate, and "sane" review of this fine property. Based on a 4 year consistent knowledge of the comfort and care involved in living here. You can see more detail of my impressions in my previously published 5-30-2004 review.
