I've been at The Gardens for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. I couldn't be happier with my decision! I love having my own parking space and the business center and gym are extremly helpful. The grounds are immaculate and I can walk my dog in the park next door. The other apartments I looked at felt like a college dorm, but this place is professional and is quiet.
Reading the negative reviews makes me wonder if those people had the right apartments. As long as I didn't come home drunk or try to sneak friends in, the gates always worked. The office staff has gone through a few changes over the last year or so, but I've had good experiences with them. Try to live here if you can!
