Lived here for two years, mostly because of the prime location. First, the good: the location is perfect, the building is well-kept and maintenance seems to be improving, and the pool is nice. Now, the bad: the gates to the garage are ALWAYS broken; the staff is arrogant and incompetent; move-out charges are a joke-they tried to charge me for everything normally considered "wear and tear" in the other 10 or so apartments I have lived in; I NEVER knew if I had a package or not; parking for guests is a pain, especially on weekends; I received notices of noise complaints when I wasn't even there. I could go on but do yourself a favor and avoid this place-check out the Grove apartments off West End.
