I just moved a few months ago and have had only a few problems.I live in the older part of the complex and I love the cozy feel of the apartment. Parking can be a real pain-especially when some of the younger residents allow their intoxicated friends to park in reserved spots and leave their food and beer bottles scattered around the garage.The office staff is decent. Some of the staff members are lively and willing to help while others have little energy to speak above a whisper. The rent is higher than I have paid before for better conditions in bigger cities, but considering the excellent location and the lack of better housing elsewhere...i guees it is worth the expense. It is a pretty good place for graduate students and young professionals who don't plan to live here long. In all honesty, it is relatively the best apartment complex in this immediate location.
