On the surface it looks great and the location is wonderful. However... the leash law is a joke and is absolutely not enforced. As a result it is a nightmare to walk my small dog through the complex in order to get out to the sidewalk. My small dog (on a leash) has been attached twice by the same dog and nothing changes. The same people continuously ignore the leash policy and the staff is either unable or unwilling to enforce the policy. This has made the situation there very uncomfortable.
In addition the parking is very inconvenient, the gates often are broken, and the office closes during business hours at random. I am moving out soon and will write a follow-up when I see how that is.
Moving in or out, by the way is a colossal pain since even small trucks cannot have access to anything close to the apartments and have to park out on the street.
