Beautiful, unique, & noisy

This is great if you love a stylish apartment with controlled access and beautifully maintained grounds.
Truthfully, it is too noisy for me...drives me insane when i'm trying to work or sleep. (There are the screaming students, "OMG, i'm so drunk!" in the hallways at 3:30 in the AM.)
I considered breaking my lease because of it, but i love my apartment and the location so much that i just can't do it.
