anything! any little nick or scratch, any spot on the carpet, anything. take photos and write a letter to document everything. because regardless of what they say, when you move out they will charge you for everything. They pretend that it was all perfect when you moved. They even try to hold you responsible for damage caused by their problems, such as water damage from a leak in the apartments above you! I suspect that they just keep getting money, tenant after tenant, for the same nicks and scratches.

Poor attitude, poor service.

They call the additional money for a dog, a deposit. However they do not refund it or use to off set the "damage" they charge you.

Forget packages. They resent them in the office, don't let trucks get inside to deliver packages to you, and complain if a package is too large.
