I lived here for a year and was treated like complete crap by the office staff. All I have to say is that if they don't want dogs living there then DON'T ALLOW THEM IN THE LEASE! If you own a dog, do not even consider living here. YOu obey the leash laws, pick up after your dog, do everything they want and you still get notices at least once a week that your "lease will be terminated" for something that a "neighbor saw you do." Most of the residents there have a HATRED for dogs and watch out their windows so that when you walk your dog through the courtyard (on a leash) to the sidewalk they call the office to say that there was a dog out there...lying about the leash and anything else you were doing right. I hated it here so much. Dealt with the arsonist, waking up to the red lights of find fire trucks outside my window and a new BMW up in flames, payed hundreds of dollars for damages that were there when we moved in and that didnt exist. They will charge for a piece of hair left on the floor. YOu will have to hire a cleaning person to come clean your entire apartment just to move out. nevermind the water damage IN THE WALLS. I hated it here...DONT LIVE HERE!
