I have enjoyed my residency at this property, and definitely plan to continue in my lovely one-bedroom, hardwood floor unit in the front courtyard overlooking 21st Avenue South. Staff and management have been great, always diplomatic and polite, and just open and wonderful people. Security is very adequate. The surrounding neighborhood is complete with wonderful restaurants, several markets and supermarkets, and a US Post Office, several churches, speciality shops, and cinema spots within walking distance. From my apartment, I am a quick drive from concerts downtown, at nearby colleges and churches. Interstates are 3-4 minutes away. Landscaping and beautiful trees and clipped shrubs are cared for by an Army of specialists here at the property. The "dog people" and "cat people" are friendly and open here. And I really do appreciate having enclosed/secure parking. There are very, very few lovingly restored buildings of this type in the City of Nashville. If you have traveled in Britain or Ireland or Scotland, or elsewhere in Europe, you have seen decorated brick buildings like we have here. And if you are relocating from Chicago, Milwaukee, Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC, you have walked or jogged past many comfortable courtyard buildings like we have on this property. My residency here (beginning early October 2001) has been very, very comfortable and positive. Vastly different than the quirky and surly comments posted by "anonymous" entities on this website. I am honest to provide my direct email. And I am glad to continue my residency here within this exceptional property!
