Ok, so here it is. Basically Gardens is going to be sued one day for showing an apartment that is completely unrepresentative of what you will be living in. The management is sooo unable to handle themselves that I don't think they graduated from high school. We have holes in our floors from when we moved in almost a year ago. What they did replace was with random wood boards that stick out and do not match the finish of the rest of the apartment. Mind you it took until January after moving in during August to replace said boards. They promote a product that does not exist on this property. I cannot emphasis how much I HATE Gardens. If you are a college student live in the grove and if you are a professional absolutely do not live here. Silver fish are a problem that do not go away and for the price tag they should really offer something greater. In addition, homeless people have often tried to gain entry to the property. STAY AWAY!!!!

Once again, I see a newly posted markedly hostile comment regarding this property which DOES NOT in any way mirror my impressions, after 4.5 years of consistent residence at the Gardens of Hillsboro Village. Every few months, I cruise back through these postings, to see if the "Anonymous" person keeps re-posting the same fabricated negative comments about this property. And I receive confirmation that the Anonymous poster is still at the same old games!......This is the same person that in previous years kept posting encouragements to move out and go to the "Grove" apartment property. This leads me to wonder if perhaps competitors in this area are responsible for these drastically slanted negative "reviews." I encourage potential renters to view these Anonymous postings with a grain of salt as large as an American SUV. Good luck!
