I just recently moved in to my 1Br apartment at the Gardens. Thus far I am very pleased. The leasing agent was most helpful and friendly and helped to ensure a seamless move-in. There were a few issues with my apartment that were as a result of the cleaning crew's negligence and they were immediately resolved on the next business day, as I first noticed them on a Sunday. The location cannot be beat here. Within walking distance a few blocks down 21st Ave are some of Hillsboro Village's finest restaurants and bars. The pool and exercise room are wonderful additions to the property and I couldn't be happier with my decision to lease here.
