TERRIBLE MOUSE PROBLEM

I chose this apartment complex due to it's great location and beautiful buildings. Unfortunately, the apartment that I am renting has a serious MOUSE problem. I began noticing the problem in January, when I saw a mouse scurry across my kitchen floor. Rather than responding quickly to my requests, the Gardens Staff brushed me off saying, "You are just scared of Stewart Little." and "it's just cold outside and they want to be where it is warm". My roomate and I continued to find new globs of poop in the pantry, behind out refridgerator, in our personal bathrooms and even on our kitchen counter, where we make food. Still, the only help the staff gave was to "look" for holes they never found and put out traps that didn't work. After leaving on a 7 day trip I came home to find all 3 traps filled with dead mice as well as a dead mouse in my empty trash can - 4 mice in total! This place is not worth the 1500 dollars a month especially when the staff is unresponsive to their residents requests.
