Mangement/Office has got to be the worst in Nashville. AMY, in particular, is THE WORST. She's annoying, talks too much, and only cares about THE $$. And they ask way too many personal questions!! And they charge you to replace an entire rug ($1400!!) for 1 stain that occurred as a result of having been lived on for 18 months! Of course the carpet is gonna get dirty, but you don't have to replace it everytime and SCAM tenants!

Unfortunately, people are going to keep renting here because of the location and the exterior appearance. Then when you have problems with horrible service (packages not appropriately kept, street lights burned out, plumbing problems, etc) it is too late. And when you move out they scam you with a cleaning charge... They actually charged us for a "dirty bathtub" in the spare bathroom that had only been used for storage and had NEVER been used as a tub. When we asked for a walk-through, we were told no one was available. After we left the area, they went in and found all the "damage". Too bad more people dont check this site before renting!!!

I have lived at this property for almost 7 years, and have never encountered difficulty. The staff is wonderful and caring. I am beginning to wonder about the reality perception deficits of some of the people who post negative comments about this property!!!
