Pretty nice.

I lived here for two years and did not have any real major problems to speak of. The apartment I rented was in the smaller, older brick building that had stable residents and not much noise. Any concern I had, or maintenance issue I had, was addressed promptly. I could often go to the management personally and speak with them. The high turnover of office staff concerned me though, and the quality in that regard was going down right as I was getting ready to move out, though I was sorry to leave. I really liked my place.
I think the worst thing I had happen was a hose on my refrigerator's icemaker burst, and I was given instructions by maintenance as to what to do to help alleviate the problem until they could get there and fix it, and they were careful to make sure I had no water damage to my kitchen floor. All of my appliances also worked well.
Never had any problem with pests--with it being in a suburban-like setting with many trees and plants the occasional bug would enter the apartment but never, ever did I have an infestation.
My favorite thing about the apartment was the genuine hardwood floors. I would recommend without reservation an apartment in either of the older brick buildings in this complex, as their construction is muchly superior to the newer buildings out back that are only carpeted floors. I had a friend who lived in one of those units and she had exponentially more problems than I did with structural concerns and pests. So if you choose to live here, choose your unit carefully.
