My roomate and I have lived at the Gardens for 2 years, while in grad school, and really enjoy it. You can't beat being walking distance to school and Hillsboro Village. We know alot of other people who live here as well and they seem to enjoy it as well. We have had very few maintenance problems. Our garbage disposal got clogged one day and maintenance came out and fixed it the same day. I go to the office almost everyday to get coffee and the office staff is always very friendly. They know me and ask about what's going on in my life and I feel very welcome here. We plan to live here until we graduate and would highly recommend this place to anyone else looking!
