Sure the people at the leasing center are wonderful to deal with when they're selling you on their apartments but once you've signed it's like you're dealing with someone else.

Yes the apartments are nice and for the price in Nashville they should be but don't expect any help from the leasing center when it comes to issues with the lease, damage to your car from their malfunctioning gate or lost mail.

Overall if you have the money and would like a gated community, I recommend the Grove.

I completely disagree. The staff here is wonderful and have always been helpful whenever I had a problem. As far your other issues, the office has absolutely nothing to do with the mail (that would be the post office) and maybe your problem with the gate is that you were not using them properly (like trying to follow another car in), they always work fine for me. And FYI, I would NEVER live at the Grove...but if that place suits your taste, then each to their own my friend but I'll stay right here!

sounds like the response to this complaint was from an ''anonymous'' Hillsboro Gardens staff member. The person did not hear what the tenant was saying or suggest how to solve the problem...defensive...a bit flip..rude even....I don't think I would want to be treated like that either....think I'll check out the grove!
