People have been murdered in this apartment complex. Cars have been broken into. Move here if you don't value your life or the safety of your loved ones.

The grounds look nice enough on the outside, but they open the pools later than other apartment complexes do, then they close them at times because they can't keep the chlorine right, and then they close them rather quick at the end of summer...plus when they are open, imagine the scene from caddy shack when the caddies had a turn in the pool.

the 'gates' are often broken, either won't open, or they leave them open all night.... apartment is infested with crime and drugs.

And I would look over all that, except apartment management is haughty and nasty and unbending on any term of the lease...they can change the terms at will, allowing subletting, then banning it....but they aren't going to be flexible with you on any point, and before you even move in, you'll be signing away every right in the world....

don't bother.
