Gazebo Apartments

Okay, so it's not Belle Meade. It is, however, a pretty good set-up for $500 a month. You get about 100 more square feet than most comparably priced apartments in Nashville, parking has never been a problem for me (though I don't live in one of the buildings on the main drag through the complex), I've never had a problem with crime or thugs, and my tan has improved drastically as a result of Gazebo's three sparkling swimming pools.
Yeah, someone was murdered in Gazebo in 2001. But so was someone in Green Hills last week. That Gazebo happened to be the location where beef between two people came to blows is not enough to dismiss it as a dangerous complex. Occasionally, bad things happen in good places.
All in all, I think this places is one of the better values in Nashville. If you can swing a $600 rent payment for a one-bedroom place, by all means, look for something more upscale. But for a young person just starting out, Gazebo is just fine.
