Just moved here a few weeks ago. Overall good first impression. No complaints at all so far. They replaced our counters as incentive to move in...work was completed very fast.

Office was extremely friendly and accommodative.

The community is gated; however, the access is more universal than I would like it to be.

Upon move-in, the apt was clean and fresh. Carpet was like new and the walls were free of marks or holes. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space; however, the washer and dryer hookups are in the kitchen.
