Lived here 7 months. Fairly quite w/ a few college parties on weekend, but nothing out of line. Rent was fair for the townhouse we had. Neighbors were quiet but some areas can be noisey. I have noticed a decline in the "quality" of new tenants so I decided to move to a nicer area. Moved out mainly b/e did not want to renew for another year but the non-lease rent went up $200/month. Not worth it @ that rate. Maintenance was fine & responsive.
