I love the floorplans, but it isn't worth it. The day I moved in, there were roaches every where. They have sprayed once a month and I am very clean. I still have to kill at least five roaches a day. I understand having a roach at times, but this is excesive. What they don't tell you when you tour the property is that the pools close at 8pm, and they will catch you and charge you a fine if you swim after that. They close the pools for the season on Labor Day even though it is still in the 90s. The residents keep the noise level inside their apartments at a decent level, but I can't say the same for outside their apartemnts. There is constantly some one in the parking lot honking. I have been woken up several times during the night by car horns, and it's not just one or two beeps. The staff is very nice, but not knowledgeable. When I inquired about breaking my lease, they told me the penalty would be $500 less than what it actually is. They just said it would be one month's rent. I didn't think that was correct and asked if they were sure I wouldn't have to pay the market rate for all the months I had been there. They said that I wouldn't, which was not correct. I would only recommend living here if you don't mind a roach infestation (I have even had one fall down the front of my shirt.), being awaken by car horns at 5am, and don't like to use the pool. I wish I had not moved here.
