Roaches and more roaches. I have never lived in an apartment complex with soo many roaches. I believe it started with the neighbors above me, however, the money, time, and stress this has caused is unreal. The staff is nice enough, but they dont know how to follow up with problems. I had a fire on my balcony caused by an electrical problem with neighbors outside light below me. It took them 2 months and a letter to come and fix my balcony. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart. They believed that painting over it would fix the problem.hahaha...too funny,oh well good riddance and i pray for the next tenants.
