I moved in a year ago and within a month I was wishing I'd found somewhere else to live. The noise is out of control. Parking is the worst I've ever had to deal with and that includes living in DOWNTOWN in a large city. (Bigger than Nashville) I never felt safe, especially after doing a search for convicted sex offenders and found one in the building where I lived. People would park in all directions in the middle of the road so we couldn't drive up to our apartments. Of course, this is late at night and there's NO way I'm walking past a bunch of sketchy behavior just to get home. I called for a courtesy officer to see what was going on. It took 30 minutes to get someone there and even then, he drove past my building and I literally had to drive around the complex behind him, flashing my lights until he got the hint that I wanted him to stop. And now that I've moved out, I have gotten a phone call wanting to know why I haven't turned in my keys. I did that BEFORE my lease was up. They can't even keep their paperwork in order apparently. The office staff has been "pleasant" at best. Usually they just seemed uncaring about their tenants needs. I asked multiple time for my name to be added to the gate so my visitors could call me to let them in. I was NEVER added and had to go let them in every time someone came to see me.
