We are leaving Gazebo as soon as possible--only one month left. Due to their lousy maintenance of the buildings, we woke up one day to find that OUR CEILING HAD CAVED IN! After reporting the problem, maintenance staff came to our apartment and "cleaned up the mess", leaving a note that they would get to work on the roof and ceiling asap. That's all they did...pick up some of the caved-in insulation. SO, when it rained again LATER THAT DAY, rain poured into our living room, soaking the carpet and causing the drywall to swell.

We had to call 3 times just to finally get maintenance to put a tarp over the gaping hole! We've now been told that the contractors won't even be here to fix the roof until 4 days from now--over a week after the initial damage. The office staff only has excuses and keeps passing the blame to whoever they can think of--meanwhile, our apartment is exposed to the elements, running air conditioning is not an option b/c it would just escape through the hole, and the weather is forecasting RAIN for the weekend. This is a hell hole.

That sounds like the Gazebo. So sorry. I hate those apartments. I had bugs that trickeled down from my upstairs neighbors that the management couldnt seem to get rid of, and oh, not to mention the electrical fire that happened on my balcony. When maintenance arrived they had the never to blame me stating was I barbequing on my balcony. I was like "hello" it is 2am what in the hell would I be barbequing for? They suck grapes.

I don't blame you for moving. Were are leaving in two months as well. I am tired of having to call 4-5 times just to get something fixed and then maintaince shows up a month later. I am still waiting on blinds that I have asked for 3 weeks ago. We also have a lot of spiders. I almost got attacked by one in my bath tub last week. And I am SO tired of those damn gates that never work. Can't wait to leave!

How about the new pavement? It is like a maze getting in and out of here.
