It used to be okay when I moved in 2 years ago. Now it's like living in the United Nations. It's located right behind the high school with the highest gang activity in Nashville. We had 3 armed robberies within 1 month. Even the pizza guy got his car stolen!! You hear gun shots at night. The people that live in my building are nice, so I got lucky there. Maintenance sucks - they come to "fix" something, need a part and never come back. The overnight emergency service is a joke. They couldn't care less. Everything is starting to fall apart in the apartment. I just hope that I don't get charged for it when I move out. The gates never work - what is the point of having them' They also wanted to charge us $50 a piece for keyfobs for the gate that never works!! The fitness center is overrun with foreigners and their kids like it's an indoor jungle gym. There are feral cats EVERYWHERE! They are taking over the apartment complex. I would not recommend moving here unless you are okay with crappy maintenance, unsafe living conditions and staff that doesn't care.
