Living there since 11/2006 and from time to time I saw a warning note of robbery in parking lot but didn't think twice that it could happen to me.
On 12/26/2007 just after Christmas, around 10:00 PM I was walking toward my apartment from the parking lot, 2 black guys jumped me from behind putting a gun on my head. They took everything I had, a wallet, a watch, and even my wedding ring. Before they ran away, they hit me so hard on my head (with the gun) that I could see sparks.
I reported to the office but all I could hear from them was 'Oh we are so sorry about that'. They didn't do anything.
Beside that the office service is terrible. Monthly I had to pay $75.00 minimum, $150.00 in winter for electricity. That's too high for an apartment even people in NES says so. I told the people in the office and they said 'OK we'll investigate it' but they didn't do anything about it. I still had to pay about $100.00 in average till the day I leave.

Loved this, first don't set yourself up and be alone outside at 10pm. Second you expect to pay less than $75 for electric in an apartment when it is total electric. Not if you are living in it. You heat/air, hot water, lights, stove, tv, etc. all use electricity it will be at least $100 a month for a single person.
This is an apartment complex, this is not mommy and daddy's house. Know how to keep yourself safe, and keep realistic expectations when it comes to bills. You could get attacked in a drive way of your own house as easily as the parking lot of an apartment complex. They are not responsible. Last time I checked we do not pay for on grounds security.
I have lived at Gazebo for a little over 2 years now and have not had any of the problems so many people speak of. A few neighbor issues but that is what it is and we all just learn to live with one another.

I had the same problem with my electric bill. Mine was about $300 for 3 months in a row. I complained and complained and they wouldn't do anything. Finally, my air conditioner broke and they had a professional come out to fix it and the bill went down to about $50 a month.
