I am living in Gazebo apts for over an year and never had a single problem. I want you all to realize that people who have some problems, are the one who make it a point to write a review and people who are happy never log into write the review. I read the reviews before renting the place last year and Gazebo was my last choice. But I ended up here and one year later, I dont have any complaints. Great location, cheap rent. The only thing I would like to mention is people always run through the security gates and break them. And then they complain that the gates are never fixed. I have seen people breaking the gate's arm and Gazebo fixes it the very next day. I agree that Gazebo ned to have better camera's to capture who is making that damage and hand that info over to the police. But Gazebo is great and recently renwed my lease.

I lived in Gazebo for 5 years and everything was good for about the first four. But the last year has been terrible. They have no loyalty to faithful tenants once you have given your 60 day notice. Good luck once you try to move out.
