I recently moved to nashville and am a current resident of Gazebo. I had to do all my apartment shopping online bc i never had a chance to come in nashville before. So i obviously was a little concerned with what i was gettin moving in sight-unseen really. Since i moved in ive come to these conclusions:

1) Though the buildings are a little dated, the floor plans give you all the room you'll really ever need. I was kinda suprised at how much closet space they give ya too, bc it didnt seem like something i noticed online. Plus, before i moved in they had it cleaned up nice.. carpet and all.

2) Groundskeepin must been done weekly. They do a good job keepin the open areas in and between buildings clean, which means alot to me personally.

3) If somethin is wrong with ur apartment, they do a good job fixin it. Kinda left a lasting impression bc ive been put in some real binds with some landlords who quite frankly just didnt really care. Staff was nice about it too.

All in all, a good value if u ask me. Just my opinion.

They're nice until you have a major problem. I had a termite infestation and all they did was spray poison in my apartment. They didn't do anything with the damaged wood until my water heater fell thru the floor and flooded the place. Then they still didn't fix the floor properly, they just rigged my water heater up with a 2 by 4 and told me to keep the door shut.
