Outside is particularly quiet, inside I could always here my neghbors upstairs wen they walked. The first night I wass there , i swore someone was in my apartment as my upstairs neighbors footsteps sounded so loud. THe Air conditioning/heating unit wasn't good. The dishwasher was broken and the carpet had a few stains on it. The staff were very courteous and helpful. However it was quite annoying to know that you had to leave the complex to get quarters so as to operate the laundry machines.

We only had four washers and four dryers and there were about 240 apartments so some times people had to wait to get machines. No other amenities but the rent was quite cheap and the apartment quite large. 720 sq feet. I was annoyed at the lighting in teh room as there wasn't any lighting fixtures in the living room, which doesn't make much sense, and the heating unit was only in the living room by the door so the rest of the Apartment would be cold or hot depending on the season. Also there is a bug problem.

If you are on a budget then you can consider it otherwise shop around
