I have lived here in Glastonbury Woods for 3 years. The rent is quite affordable, maintenance always takes care of problems. Noise is minimal. Yes the floors between the upstairs and downstairs apartments leave a bit to be desired as far as noise transfer.

Over all they are great for a single person or a young couple with no children.

P.S. Since I have lived here I have not seen as much as bug let alone any vermin of any kind.
