I just moved into this duplex. The duplex i am at is behind the highway but as i sit and type inside i hear nothing.. its a light deal outside but not that bad imho.
The yards are maintained well, and the duplex is nice and clean.
I had no trouble with the staff and they are very lighthearted.
Pets are only allowed in the duplex.
They have alot of duplexes, so its not just apartments.

I lived in 1934 B Laurinda and it was the worse experience I have had in my life in living in apartments I have lived in not so great apartment but never had a problem with bugs or mice. From day one the stove was nasty with mice feces and they had to replace it with a brand new one. I caught so many mice it was ridiculous I called them every week about the same problems and even had to call the health dept on them. she even tried to indicate that I brought the mice with me (over 20 mice, I don't think so) I had a 12 month lease and the manager let me break it without having to pay any early termination fees SO WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU.
